Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

At Hozvik Cloud, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of our customers and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you when using Hozvik Cloud's website, infrastructure, and services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly when creating an account, purchasing a service, contacting our support team, making a payment, or otherwise interacting with Hozvik Cloud.

This information may include your name, email address, account information, billing details, payment-related information, contact details, and any other information you voluntarily provide to us.

We may also automatically collect certain technical information when you access our website or services. This can include your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, access times, referring URLs, and other technical information related to your use of our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

Hozvik Cloud may use collected information to operate and maintain our services, manage customer accounts, process payments, provide technical and customer support, communicate important service updates, improve our infrastructure and website, detect fraud or abuse, maintain platform security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We may also use information to investigate unauthorized access, service abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Hozvik Cloud does not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

3. Student Developer Pack Verification Data

If you apply for the Hozvik Cloud Student Developer Pack, we may ask you for a photo of your college ID card and your enrolment number, which you provide through a ticket in our Discord server.

We use this information only to verify your student status, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, and administer the pack. Access is limited to authorised Hozvik Cloud team members involved in verification. We do not sell this information or use it for marketing.

We keep verification information only for as long as reasonably necessary for verification, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance, and then delete or securely dispose of it where appropriate. You can request deletion as described in Your Privacy Rights, although we may need to keep limited records to prevent repeated or fraudulent claims.

Please do not include information beyond what we ask for.

4. Discord, Tickets and Third-Party Platforms

Many interactions with Hozvik Cloud, including support tickets, VPS hosting requests, and Student Developer Pack claims, take place in our official Discord server. Messages, attachments, and account identifiers (such as your Discord username and ID) shared there are visible to Hozvik Cloud team members, and are also processed by Discord under Discord’s own terms and privacy policy.

Please do not share passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in public channels, and never share your password or full card number with staff.

We may keep ticket records for support, dispute resolution, and security purposes.

If you use the Contact Us (Call Back Request) form on our website, we receive the Discord username and message you enter, together with your IP address, which we use to review the request and prevent abuse. The request is delivered to our team through a Discord webhook, and your IP address is looked up through a third-party IP lookup service when you submit the form.

5. Customer Content, Bots and Credentials

Files, databases, bot code, environment variables, tokens, and other content you store on our services remain yours. We process them only as needed to provide, secure, back up, and support the service.

We do not routinely review the content of your files. We may access it where necessary to provide support you request, to investigate security incidents or abuse, or to meet legal obligations.

You are responsible for protecting bot tokens and API keys. Please do not share them in tickets or public channels, and regenerate any token that may have been exposed.

6. Third-Party Services

To operate our services, Hozvik Cloud may rely on selected third-party providers for areas such as payment processing, analytics, infrastructure, security, communications, customer support, and other operational requirements.

Information may be shared with these providers when necessary for them to perform services on our behalf. Such providers may have their own privacy policies and terms governing how they process information.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of third-party services you use or interact with through Hozvik Cloud.

7. Where Information Is Processed

Hozvik Cloud’s systems and its upstream infrastructure providers may be located in different countries, so information may be stored or processed outside your country of residence.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that information is handled securely and in line with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information stored or processed through our services.

Depending on the service and information involved, security measures may include encrypted connections, access restrictions, firewalls, monitoring systems, secure infrastructure, and other appropriate security practices.

However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. While we make reasonable efforts to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security against every possible security threat or unauthorized access.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Hozvik Cloud may use cookies and similar technologies to provide essential website functionality, remember user preferences, improve performance, analyze website traffic, and understand general visitor behavior.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Some website features may not function correctly if certain cookies are disabled.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, you may have rights relating to your personal information.

These rights may include requesting access to information associated with your account, correcting inaccurate information, requesting deletion of eligible information, obtaining a copy of certain personal data, or objecting to specific forms of data processing.

You may also request to stop receiving non-essential marketing communications. However, important service, security, billing, and account-related communications may still be sent when necessary.

For privacy-related requests, contact us using the details provided in the Contact section. We may require reasonable verification before processing certain requests.

11. Data Retention

Hozvik Cloud retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate our services, maintain customer accounts, provide support, process transactions, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal or regulatory requirements.

When an account is closed or deleted, certain information may be deleted or anonymized where appropriate. However, some information may need to be retained for legitimate business, security, financial, legal, or compliance purposes.

Technical and security-related records may also be retained for an appropriate period when necessary to investigate abuse, security incidents, fraud, or unauthorized activity.

12. Children and Minors

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over, unless a minor has valid guardian consent as described in the Minors and Legal Capacity section of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without that process. If you believe a minor has provided information without the required consent, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to review it and, where appropriate, delete it.

13. Policy Updates

Hozvik Cloud may modify this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date. We recommend reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed about how we handle your information.
